We are a group of local people who enjoy singing and socialising with other local people.
We meet every Friday morning at 10:30 am first and third Friday at Kaleesa Nursing Home and second, fourth and fifth Friday at Carinya Retirement Hostel, McClelland Avenue, Sea Lake, and sing for around an hour.
There are some songs we all know, songs some of us know, and some songs that no-one knows.
We sing along with our pianist, Gwen Bode, or with CD accompaniment.
It's all great fun, and we thank the residents of Kaleesa and Carinya for allowing us to share their Friday mornings with them.
Sing Australia has some wonderful members nationwide, and there are excellent trips available for members, organised by the staff at head office in Canberra.
